Welcome to my Complementary Therapy Site

The purpose of this site is to offer an overview of the complementary treatments that I am qualified to offer and teach at my practice in Crowborough, East Sussex; namely E F T, Reiki and Crystal & Colour Therapy.  

All of the therapies that I offer are completely safe to be given simultaneously with any conventional medical treatment.  Without exception, they all work purely on the body's own internal energy system that knows instinctively where and how much healing is required.  The human body is miraculous and has immense capacity for healing itself. The therapies that I offer can help to facilitate that natural process.
